The Best Wingstop Ranch Recipe
Who doesn’t love ranch dressing?
I mean, it practically goes with everything and is the universal sauce/dressing. And if you've ever had the Wingstop ranch dressing, then you already know it's one of the most delicious ranch dressings ever.
But, if you've never had the iconic Wingstop ranch before, you're in luck because this copycat recipe tastes nearly identical to the restaurants. Seriously, this recipe turns out perfectly thick, incredibly creamy, so fresh, and filled with that classic tangy flavor you know and love.
And, as I mentioned earlier, this ranch dressing will work wonderfully with literally everything! With that said, some of my favorite things to have it with are these corn nuggets and fried pickles - I'll go over all of my favorite things to eat ranch with a little later on.
Ingredients
Here's what you'll need to make this Wingstop ranch recipe:
- Heavy Cream- for an extra rich flavor.
- Mayonnaise- for that slightly thick, creamy consistency.
- Ranch dressing seasoning- the dry mix packets for all the flavor.
Now, it may seem like using ranch dressing packets is cutting corners, but it's the perfect blend of everything you need to recreate the ranch dressing from Wingstop.
And for the ranch packets, my favorite one to use is the Hidden Valley ranch mix. Not only are the Hidden Valley ranch packets great for making this dressing, but you can also sprinkle it on things like these smashed potatoes or even some fried yuca.
Now, you can use homemade ranch seasoning, but I think the storebought Hidden Valley ranch packet is the way to go.
Oh, and you can use a lot of these ingredients to make this dill dip next!
How To Make Wingstop Ranch
To make this homemade ranch dressing, all you need to do is add the heavy cream, mayonnaise, and Hidden Valley ranch seasoning packets to a medium-sized bowl.
Then, give these ingredients a good mix until everything combines and a smooth dressing/sauce forms.
Once you've got all of the ingredients combined, it's time to serve!
What Can I Eat With Ranch?
A better question is, what can't you eat with ranch! Here are some of my favorite recipes to make and add this Wingstop ranch to:
- Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets
- McDonalds spicy chicken nuggets
- Texas Roadhouse herb crusted chicken
- Breaded Italian chicken cutlets
- Pizza bagels
- Olive Garden stuffed ziti fritta
- KFC famous bowl
Of course, ranch dressing is also great on veggies - like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, etc. - pizza, chicken wings, french fries, chicken nuggets, jalapeno poppers, and much, much more. The list is practically endless.
How To Store Ranch
This ranch dressing recipe will make 1 cup of dressing - and in our house, that's enough to only last us about a week. So, if you're anything like us - and use ranch at pretty much every meal - you'll want to double or triple the recipe.
Anyway, after you make it, you'll want to make sure to store it in a sealable glass container/container. However, if you don't have one, an airtight container will work well too. Either way, this Wingstop ranch dressing will last in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
With that said, for convenience, I like to portion my ranch into 2 oz. or 4 oz. dressing cups. Then, I can either grab it and take it with me when I'm on the go, or I can have it at home with whatever I'm snacking on.
