The Best No Bake Oreo Pie

    Who doesn't love Oreos?

I mean, they're the number one cookie in the world, so I'll assume that everyone loves Oreos.

So, if you're an Oreo lover, you're going to be obsessed with this Oreo cream pie. It's literally an Oreo in pie form.

I'm not kidding, this no bake Oreo pie is a cookie and cream dream. It features an Oreo cookie crust and a rich, creamy filling that has bits of Oreos in every bite. It's kind of like a cross between a no bake Oreo cheesecake and creamy pie.  Gah, it's just so good!

Also, what I love about this pie recipe is that it's beyond easy to make. And I don't know about you, but I'm all about easy pie recipes. As I'm sure you know, pies usually take hours and hours to make. But not this one!

Like I said, you only need a handful of ingredients and 15 minutes to whip it up.

Plus, since this is a no bake Oreo cream pie, you can whip it up ahead of time, and it'll be ready to go later in the day or even the next day.

That's why I love making this Oreo pie recipe whenever I'm hosting. I can prepare it the day before, so I don't have to worry about it.

I mean, let's face it, hosting can already be stressful, so easy dessert recipes like this one can be a lifesaver.

Not to mention, everyone who takes a bite of this Oreo cream pie will think it's from a bakery, it's that good.

By the way, if you want to make another dessert that uses a homemade Oreo pie crust, you have to give this Mississippi mud pie a try next.

    Ingredients

Ok, so like I said before, this no bake oreo pie recipe only uses 4 ingredients. And they are super simple, I'm sure you've already guessed them all.

Here's what you'll need to make this cookies and cream pie:

    • 36 Oreos, (12 for the filling, 24 for the crust)
    • ¼ Cup Sugar
    • 8 Tbsps. (1 stick) Butter, melted
    • 8 Oz. Whipping Cream

    Simple stuff, right?!

And a fun part about this Oreo pie is that you can use any flavored Oreos you want, and it'll turn out crazy delicious.

For example, birthday cake Oreos are fun to use for a birthday celebration, peanut butter is great if you want an easy peanut butter pie, or Golden Oreos if you're not feeling chocolate. And you can even use gluten free Oreos! So get creative and try out all the different flavored Oreos.

Whichever flavored Oreo cookies you choose, this easy Oreo pie will be an 11/10.

Oh, and if you're grabbing Oreos from the store, you'll want to make sure you get a party size pack so you can make these Oreo balls, air fryer Oreos, deep fried Oreos, 2 ingredient Oreo mug cake, and Oreo cupcakes next!

Now, if you have your ingredients ready, let's get to making this no bake oreo pie!

An overhead view of ingredients it takes to make oreo pie. A large bowl with oreos, a small bowl of sugar, a small bowl with melted butter, and a small milk jug.

How to Make No Bake Oreo Pie

Ok, so as I've said a few times, this Oreo pie recipe is really quite simple.

Honestly. All you have to do is a little mixing, and that's pretty much it!

    Now, let's get started!

An overhead view of melted butter and oreos in a food processor.

    Step 1: Crush the Oreos

First, you're going to start by making the homemade Oreo crust.

To do this, add 24 Oreos and melted butter to a food processor and pulse until the Oreos are fine crumbs, almost like a sandy texture.

Alternatively, if you don't have a food processor, you can add the Oreos to a Ziploc bag and crush them with whatever kitchen tool you want until you have fine crumbs. Then add the finely crushed Oreos to a bowl and mix them with the butter.

Now, to make the Oreo filling, you'll want to add the 12 Oreos to a bag and use a rolling pin to crush the Oreos. You'll want to make these are more like chopped Oreos - instead of crumbs - so you have pieces of cookie in the rich Oreo filling.

An overhead view of crumbled oreos mixed with melted butter in a pie dish.

Step 2: Make the Oreo Pie Crust

Next, you're going to make the Oreo pie crust.

To do this, grease a 9-inch pie dish and pour the Oreo crumbs into it.

Then, using the back side of a measuring cup or spoon, flatten the Oreo crumbs into the pie dish until it forms a solid pie crust on the bottom of the pie pan.

Now place the pie crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the pie filling.

Step 3: Make the Oreo Pie Filling

To make the Oreo filling, add the whipping cream to a large mixing bowl and whip it with an electric mixer until it doubles in volume and has stiff peaks form.

Next, add the crushed Oreos and sugar into the whipped Oreo pie filling and fold them in with a rubber spatula to combine.

Once the pie filling is just combined, take the pie crust out of the fridge, pour the pie filling on top of the Oreo crust, and smooth it out with a rubber spatula.

    Step 4: Refrigerate and Serve

Finally, you're going to refrigerate this no bake Oreo pie for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Then, once it chills, cut into about 8 slices, serve with a dollop of homemade whipped cream on top, and finish each piece off with a sprinkle of Oreo crumbs.

    Enjoy!

How to Store No Bake Oreo Pie

Ok, so as I just mentioned, this recipe for no bake Oreo pie will make about 8 servings, depending on how you slice it.

And if you serve this at a party or get-together, you probably won't have any leftovers.

However, if you are able to save a piece, you can either transfer the pie slices to an airtight container or cover the pie dish tightly with plastic wrap and store it in the fridge. Stored like this the pie will last about 4 days.

But, if you want to save it for even longer, you can store the pie in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months!

    Wrapping It All Up

Well, that's how to make a no bake Oreo pie that will wow just about anyone and everyone who tries it!

A thick Oreo cream filling on top of a sweet and crumbly Oreo cookie crust with fresh whipped cream to top it off. You just can't beat this no bake dessert.

This truly is one of my all-time favorite Oreo dessert recipes. It's easy to make, uses only a handful of ingredients, and everyone always raves over how good it is.

Anyway, I hope you - and your guests - enjoy this Oreo cream pie as much as I/we do.

My daughter wanted something “cookies and cream” for her birthday, so this recipe was perfect timing! I made it and froze it. We let it thaw for a few minutes. It was a huge hit!
