HOW TO MAKE THIS EGG FRIED RICE
As I'm sure you can guess, making this easy egg fried rice is quite simple and doesn't take much effort at all.
In fact, there are only 3 steps you'll need to follow to make it - frying the egg, cooking the veggies, and combining everything with the rice.
So with all of that said, gather your ingredients, and let's make this amazing fried rice!
STEP 1: MAKING THE FRIED EGG
Ok, the first step of making this fried rice is making the fried egg. So crack the eggs in a bowl, add the fish sauce and the sugar, and use a fork to combine everything.
Then, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter in it. Next, add the egg mixture to the skillet.
Once it solidifies and forms a tortilla, fold the edges in so you have a long strip of fried egg. Then remove it from the skillet, cut it into slices, and set it aside.
STEP 2: ADDING SOME FLAVOR
So, you should have your rice cooked and ready to go before moving on.
In the same skillet you just cooked the egg in, add the sesame oil, ginger, and garlic and heat on medium for a minute.
Then add the green onion and cook for a few minutes until everything's fragrant.
Next, add the frozen veggies mix and stir everything in the skillet to combine.
STEP 3: COMPLETING THE FRIED RICE
Now add the cooked rice, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce to the skillet.
Then turn up the heat to high and cook everything for a couple of minutes.
Next, move the fried rice mixture over the side of the skillet and add the spam. Cook it on each side until browned, then mix all of the ingredients together.
Finally, serve immediately with the slices of egg on top to complete the egg fried rice and enjoy!
