This comforting and hearty soup is a copycat recipe for the Chick Fil A chicken noodle soup. It’s velvety and rich, packed with veggies and tender rotisserie chicken, and is ready in under 30 minutes. And this Chick Fil A soup recipe is just as good as the restaurants!

½ Rotisserie Chicken

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 onion, diced

2 carrots, peeled and diced

2 celery ribs, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

8 cups chicken stock
