Seafood Stuffing | One Of The Best Thanksgiving Recipes

This Seafood stuffing is the perfect recipe for any seafood lover. It has a delicious combination of seasoned seafood favorites and light and airy cornbread to make one incredible stuffing. And the best part, this Savannah seafood stuffing recipe is as simple as it gets to make! 

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Butter

½ Onion, chopped

½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped

2 Celery Stalks, chopped

2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning

1 cup Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup Crab Meat

1 Cornbread, diced (around 4 cups)

2 cup Seafood Broth

2 Eggs, beaten

Fresh Parsley to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high and add the butter. Once it melts, add the onion, red bell pepper and celery and cook for 7 minutes, or until the onion is soft.
  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning and arrange the shrimp in one layer. Cook them on both sides. Preheat the oven to 180º.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the crab meat, cornbread, broth and eggs. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and crunchy on top. Serve with fresh parsley.
