STEP 1: PREP
First, take out a bowl, add the garlic powder, oregano, salt, and olive oil, and mix everything together.
Next, cut the chicken breast into any sized strips you want and brush each piece of chicken with the seasoned olive oil mixture. And make sure to brush every side of the chicken.
STEP 2: COOKING THE CHICKEN
To start, set the Instant Pot to the "sauté" setting and add in a tablespoon of olive oil.
Then put the seasoned chicken tenders into the instant pot and sautè until they just start to turn golden brown. Then, once they are, take the tenders out, set them aside, and remove the excess oil from the instant pot with a paper towel.
Next, place the wire rack attachment in the instant pot and place the chicken on it in an even layer.
Then pour the chicken broth into the instant pot, set it to high pressure, and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 3: SERVING
Once 5 minutes is up, and the chicken strips are cooked, put them on a plate and sprinkle fresh parmesan cheese on top.
Then serve with your favorite dipping sauce and dig in!
