How To Make Cheesecake Factory Pasta Da Vinci
1. Cook the pasta: Add the pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook it according to the package directions.
2. Cook the chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat and add the olive oil to it. Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook for about 15 minutes. Flip the chicken throughout cooking so it can brown on all sides. Remove the chicken from the heat and set it aside.
3. Add the veggies: In the same skillet, add the shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and red onion. Cook for about 8 minutes until they are soft.
4. Make the sauce: Add the wine and deglaze the skillet. Add chicken broth to the skillet and cook for 10 more minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese and mix until everything combines.
5. Finish the pasta and serve: Return the chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix all of the ingredients until the pasta is completely coated in the sauce. Serve garnished with chopped fresh parsley, chives, and additional parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
Tips To Make The Best Recipe

- Add a splash of heavy cream to the sauce for a richer flavor.
- Use any short-tubed pasta like rigatoni, ziti, or penne pasta.
- Use button mushrooms or any kind of mushrooms you want.
- Cook the chicken the day before to save prep time.
How To Store Cheesecake Factory Pasta Da Vinci
In the fridge: If you have any leftover pasta da Vinci, transfer the leftovers to an airtight container and store them for about 4 days.
In the freezer: You can also store leftovers in the freezer to keep them for longer. Place the pasta in a freezer-safe bag and store it in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Reheating: To reheat the leftovers, put the pasta back in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add a bit of water, broth, or heavy cream, and mix the pasta while heating for a few minutes until warm. Let the frozen pasta thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
