This Sous Vide chicken turned out so tender and juicy!
Ryan
I’m a beginner at sous vide cooking and I have a question about your recipe. When you’re adding the liquids and herbs to the skillet at the end, are you using the liquid the chicken bathed in? Thank you and I appreciate you adding other sous vide recipes on your menus. I’m looking forward to trying them all.
Brendan Cunningham
Hi Ryan! No, you add the butter, more garlic, fresh herbs, and the lemon juice to the skillet. Melt the butter and mix, then serve that on top of the cooked chicken.
