Ingredients
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. ranch seasoning mix (or ranch dressing)
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/2 package frozen hash brown potatoes (15 oz), thawed
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 Green Onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine half of the cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, half of the bacon, cooked chicken, and hash browns.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
