This chicken hashbrown casserole recipe combines perfectly cooked chicken with shredded hash browns, crispy bacon, cheese, and ranch to make the perfect one-pan casserole dish. And, best of all, it could not be easier to make! In fact, you can whip up this savory casserole with only just a handful of ingredients and under 5 minutes of prep time.



2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 tbsp. ranch seasoning mix (or ranch dressing)

1/2 cup bacon bits

1/2 package frozen hash brown potatoes (15 oz), thawed

2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

2 Green Onions, sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine half of the cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, half of the bacon, cooked chicken, and hash browns.
  3. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve with the rest of the bacon and green onions on top.
