- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 lb orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 oz frozen spinach or 2 cups fresh spinach

- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 lb orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 oz frozen spinach or 2 cups fresh spinach
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into cubes and add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and spread into 1 layer. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until the bottom of the chicken is golden.

6. Drop the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the orzo is aldente.
