These white chocolate macadamia nut cookies taste heavenly and melt in your mouth with each bite. They're so soft and sweet and have the perfect balance of nutty and chocolatey flavor. And, what's even better, is that they could not be easier to make! Just a handful of ingredients and 3 easy steps are all you need to make these delicious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. corn starch

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup macadamia nuts

1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until super creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla and egg and continue beating for 1 more minute.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt to a bowl and combine with a wooden spoon until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the bowl of dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and gently mix to form a cookie dough. 
  5. Add the macadamia nuts and chocolate chips and fold until well combined.
  6. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Scoop 1 tbsp. balls of dough and arrange the balls 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and let them cool. Enjoy!
