RED LOBSTER  BRUSSEL SPROUTS 

INGREDIENTS

– 2 pounds of fresh Brussel Sprouts, trimmed – 2 tbsp. Olive Oil – Salt and Pepper – 4 tbsps Butter – Crispy Fried Onions (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix brussels with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake in dish at 400°F for 30 minutes. 2. Brown butter over medium heat. Pour on brussels.
