Shrimp Pasta Recipe Cooked In One Pan In Under 30 Minutes

1 lb Large Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Salt, to season shrimp

3/4 lb Fettuccini Pasta

1/2 onion, (medium), finely chopped

2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

1 Garlic Clove, minced

1/3 cup White Wine

2 cups Heavy Cream

1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1/4 tsp. Paprika

1 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fetuccini according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high, add a bit of olive oil and add the shrimp in a single layer. Season with a bit of salt and cook the shrimp until bright red and crispy on both sides. Reserve for later.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion, butter, garlic clove, and wine. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, and stir until the cheese melts.
  5. Add the cooked pasta shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with fresh parsley.
