2 Lemons, cut in quarters

1 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning

6 Garlic Cloves, lightly smashed

1 Onion, peeled and cut into quarters

4 Russet Potatoes, quartered

1 Lobster

1 Big Crab

1 pound Clams

2 Ears Corn, cut into 3-4 pieces

4 Smoked Sausages, cut into 1-inch pieces

3 tbsp. Butter

Seafood boil sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Fill a Dutch oven or large pot with water and add the lemons, Old Bay Seasoning, garlic cloves, and onion. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the lobster and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the sausages and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the clams, crab, and corn and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Place all the seafood, sausages, and veggies in a large tray covered.
  7. Melt the butter in a bowl and combine it with 1 cup of the boiled broth water.
  8. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges and parsley, serve with the butter sauce and seafood boil sauce.
