This creamy salmon pasta recipe makes for the perfect weeknight meal. In less than an hour, you're going to have two healthy servings of tender cooked salmon and al dente pasta. And all of that deliciousness is served in a rich cream sauce made with garlic, capers, white wine, and delicate spinach. So, say hello to a pasta recipe the whole family will love!

Ingredients

2 Salmon Fillets

1 tsp. Kosher salt

½ tsp. Black Pepper

Cream sauce:

12 oz. Pappardelle Pasta (or any pasta you want)

2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 cup Heavy Cream

½ cup Dry White Wine

1 tsp. Grated Lemon Zest

5 oz. Baby Spinach Leaves

2 tbsp. Capers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200ºC).
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place the fillets on a baking dish. Spray them with cooking spray and bake for 12 minutes.
  3. Make pasta according to the package instructions.
  4. In a medium pot, heat butter and add garlic cloves, let them cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, lemon zest, and dry white wine to the pot and cook for a minute or so until it thickens a little.
  6. Add the pasta, baby spinach, and capers along with the cooked salmon. Mix everything together and serve.
