5 from 6 reviews

This decadent Reese's pie has a flaky crust that's covered in a layer of rich chocolate fudge, a layer of creamy peanut butter goodness, whipped cream, and finally some chopped-up Reese's peanut butter cups as a topping. And the best part is it takes just a few simple steps to have a perfectly creamy, dreamy peanut butter pie on the table for dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pie crust

1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup sugar

1 cup Reese’s, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Place the pie crust over a pie dish and pinch it with a fork (line the pie dish with parchment paper or grease with butter).
  2. Bake the pie for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool.
  3. Add the chocolate fudge and place it in the refrigerator so it sits.
  4. Whipped the cream until peaks start to form and maintain refrigerated. Separate one cup of the cream.
  5. In a big bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and whipped cream. Mix with an electric mixer until creamy.
  6. Take the pie off the refrigerator and cover it with the peanut butter mixture, top with whipped cream and Reese’s chocolate.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
