This pumpkin cream cold brew recipe is so, so good! It's perfectly sweetened, chock-full of warm pumpkin pie spice, loaded with creamy pumpkin puree, and filled to the brim with cold brew coffee. And the best part about this recipe is that it requires just 6 simple ingredients and just 1 minute to make!



½ cup Half and Half Milk

2 tbsp. Maple Syrup

2 tbsp. Pumpkin Puree

½ tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 cup Cold Brew Coffee

Whipped Cream



  1. Add the half and half, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice to a glass. Mix with an electric mixer until foamy. You can also add everything to a blender and blend to combine instead.
  2. Pour the cold brew coffee into a glass with ice. Add the pumpkin cream foam to the glass of coffee.
  3. Top with whipped cream.
