Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread Recipe | Takes Just 10 Minutes To Prep

This pumpkin cream cheese bread is rich, fluffy, and oh-so decadent. It's made with the perfect balance of pumpkin pie spice, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and a handful of other simple ingredients. And best of all just 10 minutes worth of prep work is all you need to make it.

Pumpkin bread:

1 Egg

1 cup Pumpkin Puree

½ cup Brown Sugar

¼ cup Granulated Sugar

¼ cup Greek Yogurt

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder

1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

½ tsp. Nutmeg

1 cup All Purpose Flour

½ tsp. Baking Powder

½ tsp. Baking Soda

Cream cheese filling:

1 Egg

4 oz. Cream Cheese

¼ cup Sugar

3 tbsp. All Purpose Flour

½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Topping:

1 tbsp. Cinnamon

1 tbsp. Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC) and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
  2. To make the bread batter, combine egg, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, pumpkin pie spice mix, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix until creamy.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda to the bowl and mix with a spatula.
  4. To make the cream cheese filling, mix the egg, cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract in a bowl until creamy.
  5. Scoop half of the pumpkin bread batter into the pan, add the cream cheese filling on top, and top that with the rest of the bread batter.
  6. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and sprinkle over the top of the bread.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
