These protein brownies have a rich and decadent flavor with a soft and chewy texture. You'd never be able to guess that this is a healthy brownie recipe! Best of all, it takes only a couple of ingredients and 10 minutes to prepare these no bake brownies.

Ingredients

Scale

¾ cup (180g) peanut butter

½ cup (60g) chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar free maple syrup)

½ cup (80g) chocolate chips (or sugar free chocolate chips)

1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add the peanut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix until everything combines.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball and transfer it to the mold. Form it to the mold with your hands or a rubber spatula.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute. Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the brownies. Top with more chocolate chips if you want.
  5. Refrigerate for an hour or until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
