These pan seared lamb chops are so simple to make, and yet the results are out of this world good. The lamb is seasoned to perfection and seared to perfection, and every bite is just as good as the last. Plus, the best part about this recipe is that you only need a handful of ingredients and 15 minutes to make it!

Ingredients

Scale

4 lamb bone chops, about 1-inch thick

Salt and pepper, as needed

2 tbsp salted butter

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 tbsp chopped sage or desired herbs (thyme and rosemary pair well with lamb)

  1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add olive oil and let it heat for a minute. Add the lamb chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Do not overcrowd the pan.

  6. Place the lamb chops back into the skillet and coat the chops with the butter mixture.
  7. Serve the lamb chops warm.
