This Olive Garden chicken marsala recipe combines perfectly cooked chicken breasts with sautéed mushrooms and an aromatic marsala wine sauce. It's just so good, so easy to make, and so darn delicious. 2-4 Chicken Breasts, in big cuts

¼ cup All-Purpose Flour

1 tbsp. Dried Oregano

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Pepper

2 tbsp. Butter

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 cups Fresh Mushrooms, sliced

1 cup Marsala Wine

Fresh Parsley, to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix the all-purpose flour, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cover the chicken breast pieces in the flour mixture.
  3. In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter with the oil.
  4. Once it’s very hot, add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides. Reserve.
  5. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and sauté until golden.
  6. Add the chicken back along with the marsala wine and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until it thickens.
  7. Serve with fresh parsley on top.
