Nutella Cookies Made With 3 Ingredients

These Nutella cookies are soft, chewy, and super fudgy with a decadent Nutella flavor. They are just irresistible and you won't believe this Nutella cookies recipe is made with 3 simple ingredients! 



1 cup (150g) all-purpose flour

1 cup (240g) Nutella

1 large egg 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the Nutella, flour, and egg to a large bowl. Mix until well combined and a cookie dough forms.
  3. Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into balls. Place them on the baking sheet and flatten the tops slightly with your fingertips.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until they are cooked around the edges and still slightly soft in the middle. 
  5. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
