The Best No Bake Chocolate Pie With Oreo Crust

This no bake chocolate pie recipe is loaded with chocolatey goodness from the crust to the pie filling! The base is a buttery Oreo crust that's simply chilled until firm. Then, whipped cream is mixed with melted chocolate and cocoa for the richest, chocolatiest pie filling ever. Top it all off with some shaved chocolate or mini chocolate chips, and you have one indulgent dessert that's sure to please any crowd!

16 Oreos

4 tbsps (¼ cup) melted butter

8 oz. chocolate (use dark, semisweet, or whatever you prefer!)

1 ⅔ cup whipping cream (for melting the chocolate)

1 tbsp. of vanilla extract

¼ cup cocoa powder

¼ cup of sugar

Topping:

Whipped cream

2 tbsp. crumbled Oreos or shaved chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreos in a food processor or blender and blend until grainy (you can also crush them up in a ziploc bag). Add the Oreos to a bowl and mix with the melted butter.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a 7-inch pie mold, press it down firmly, and let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so.
  3. Place the chocolate and ⅔ cup of whipping cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each one, until fully melted.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup whipping cream with the vanilla extract until creamy and stiff peaks start to form. Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and melted chocolate and fold softly with a silicone spatula.
  5. Pour the filling mixture on the chilled pie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  6. Top with whipping cream and chocolate shaves before serving and enjoy!
