This McDonalds biscuit recipe is so delicious and so easy to make. The biscuits are soft and have a perfect chew with a sweet buttermilk flavor. And these McDonalds biscuits take under 20 minutes to make! 

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted

2 Cups Bisquick baking mix

2 Tsp. Granulated sugar

1/4 Tsp. Salt

2/3 Cups Buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix margarine, Bisquick baking mix, granulated sugar, salt and buttermilk until you get a dry dough (you may need to add a bit of flour if needed).
  3. Sprinkle a bit of flour on a flat working surface and use a rolling pin to roll the dough to ½ inch thick.
  4. Use a biscuit cutter to cut the dough in circles and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with melted butter on top and enjoy!
