This marry me chicken recipe is so incredible that you'll want to make it for dinner every single night. It combines juicy, lightly breaded pan-seared chicken coated in a creamy garlic sauce with sun-dried tomatoes. It's just so delicious, but the best part is that everything for this easy marry me chicken cooks in just one pan!

Ingredients

2-3 chicken breasts (or 6-8 chicken tenderloins)

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp. flour

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. butter

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp. thyme

1 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

¾ cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup sundried tomatoes

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Soak the sun dried tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with kitchen towels.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Toss the chicken with flour until fully but lightly covered.
  4. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Set aside for later.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic, cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the spices, chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and sundried tomatoes. Cook for 12 minutes or until it starts reducing.
  7. Add the chicken back to the skillet and cook for 10 more minutes.
  8. Serve with fresh basil and more parmesan cheese.
