These keto sausage balls are made with only 5 ingredients but have a whole lot of flavor. And with under 1 NET CARB per serving, you can practically eat as many of these keto sausage balls as you want. Plus, this sausage ball recipe is about as easy as it gets since it takes under 25 minutes to make! 

Ingredients

1 pound (450g) ground pork sausage

4 ounces (113g) cream cheese

1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup (50g) almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with tin foil and grease it with some cooking spray. 
  2. Next, put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix everything until well combined.  
  3. Scoop a sausage ball and roll it with your hands until smooth. 
  4. Repeat the scooping and rolling process for the rest of the sausage mixture and evenly place them on the baking sheet. 
  5. Put them in the oven and bake for about 20-24 minutes. 
  6. After the 10 minute mark, you will want to twist the sausage balls in place to keep them from sticking. 
  7. Once they are crispy on the outside, your keto sausage balls are done.
