2 1/4 cup (250g) Almond flour
1/2 cup (60g) Coconut flour
1/4 cup (50g) Granular Swerve
2 tsp Xanthan gum
1/3 cup Almond milk
7 tbsps (100g) Butter
1 orange zest (optional)
1 egg beaten for brushing
Strawberry filling:
10 tbsp of sugar free strawberry jam
6 fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
Icing:
1/4 cup (25g) Confectioners Swerve
1 tbsp Almond milk
Drop of red or pink coloring (optional) .. or use beet juice
Sugar-free sprinkles for decoration
