2lbs (900g) ground beef

1 egg

1/2 cup (48g) almond flour

1/2 medium onion, minced

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup keto friendly ketchup for the top

6-8 slices of bacon (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then place in the prepared pan. 
  3. Bake for 1 hour, pouring ketchup on top of the meatloaf after 30 minutes.
