This easy keto hot chocolate is rich and creamy, perfectly sweetened, and deeply chocolatey. You'd never believe it's a totally low carb and sugar free hot chocolate recipe! All you need is a few minutes and a handful of ingredients to make this dreamy hot chocolate a reality.

Ingredients

1 cup Almond Milk

1 1/2 tbsps. Cocoa Powder

1 1/2 tbsp. Granulated Erythritol

Pinch of salt

Pinch of Xanthan Gum (optional to make thicker)

Sugar Free Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put a small pot over low heat on your stovetop. Add the almond milk, cocoa powder, granulated erythritol, and salt (add xanthan gum too if you want to make it thicker).
  2. Stir with a wooden spoon for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Pour into a mug and top with sugar free whipped cream. Optional: put cinnamon, Oreo cocoa powder, sugar free chocolate syrup, or keto chocolate chips on the whipped cream.
