Keto White Gravy With 0 NET CARBS

This keto white gravy is so smooth and creamy, taking comfort food to another level. It goes so well with a variety of keto sides, and you can literally eat it with anything since this low carb gravy has 0 NET CARBS!



2 Cups Unflavored Almond milk (or low carb milk of choice)

2 Tbsp. Butter

3/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum

1/2 Tsp. Pepper or White Pepper

1/2 Tsp. Salt


  1. Melt the butter in a pot over low-medium heat.
  2. Mix the xanthan gum and almond milk in a bowl.
  3. When the butter melts, add the almond milk/xanthan gum mixture to the pot and stir to combine. 
  4. Cook at low-medium heat for 15 minutes or until thick. Check on it every 5 minutes or so and stir occasionally.
  5. Towards the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to season.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
