Keto Fried Chicken With Under 1 NET CARB

This keto fried chicken is easily one of the best keto dinner recipes you'll ever make. That's because this isn't just any keto fried chicken recipe, this is the best low carb fried chicken recipe there is - and each serving has UNDER 1 NET CARB. And what's even better than the carb count on this fried chicken is the taste of it. This keto fried chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection!

Ingredients

Scale

6 chicken pieces (of your choice)

Salt and pepper

Avocado oil spray 

2 eggs

2/3 cup almond flour

1/2 cup grated parmesan

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a broil pan with a rack to cook your chicken on.
  2. Pat your chicken dry with paper towels and then season it with salt and pepper to taste. 
  3. In one bowl, whisk the eggs until the whites and yolks are well combined.
  4. In a second bowl, mix all of your breading ingredients together - almond flour, parmesan, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. 
  5. Working with one piece at a time, start by rolling the chicken in the breading, then dip it in the whisked egg, and lastly put the chicken back in the bowl with the breading to coat it with a second layer.
  6. After all the chicken pieces are breaded, you will spray each one with avocado oil.
  7. Then arrange the chicken evenly on your rack and place the rack and broil pan into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.

Notes

The scale up function doesn't work for the grams in the recipe. You have to do this manually.
