This keto cream cheese frosting is thick, creamy, and has just a touch of sweetness. And it holds its shape incredibly well, making it the perfect frosting for a variety of keto desserts. Plus, you only need 4 ingredients, and it takes under 5 minutes to make! So, as far as easy keto cream cheese frosting recipes go, this has got to take the cake - the cupcake that is. 1/2 cup (113g) cream cheese, softened 

3 Tbsps. (45g) butter, softened

1/2 cup (75g) confectioners Swerve

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Add the butter and cream cheese to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Next, using either a hand mixer - or stand mixer with the paddle attachment - beat together the butter and cream cheese. 
  3. Then, slowly blend in the Confectioners Swerve. and vanilla extract, and beat on high until well-combined. You'll know it is done when the mixture turns into a smooth and creamy frosting.
