These Keto Brownies are so rich, so decadent, and oh so fudgy. So if you're craving some chocolatey deliciousness these absolutely perfect keto brownies are sure to hit the spot. And best of all, these keto almond flour brownies have just over 1 NET CARB each! 



3/4 (80g) cup granular swerve

1/2 (50g) cup blanched almond flour

1 (113g) stick butter melted

1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. (40g) unsweetened cocoa

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 large eggs

1/3 cup (53g) keto chocolate chips 


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Put the eggs and Granular Swerve into a medium-sized bowl. Using a whisk, beat your eggs with the swerve until they are well incorporated - about 2 minutes. Add the melted butter whisk again to combine.
  3. Pour the almond flour, cocoa, and salt into a large bowl and mix.
  4. Then add your egg and butter mixture to the large bowl and gently stir your wet and dry ingredients with a rubber spatula to combine them. 
  5. Add in the chocolate chips and stir. 
  6. Bake for about 18-20 minutes.
