This ham salad recipe is so easy to make and it's out-of-this-world delicious. It combines chopped ham, eggs, mayonaisse, and just a few other simple ingredients to make an unforgettable salad that doubles as a tasty sandwich too. Plus, it's super quick to whip up - just 10 minutes are all it takes to make this ham salad! 

Ingredients

1 cup ham, chopped

2 hardboiled eggs, chopped

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp chopped pickles

2 tsp mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp onion powder, optional

Parsley, as garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in a food processor. Process the ham until coarsely chopped.
  2. Transfer the ham to a bowl.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl; eggs, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and onion powder, if using.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving (optional).
