¼ cup Mayonnaise

1 tbsp. Red Vinegar

1 tsp. Dried Oregano

1 tsp. Garlic, minced (or garlic paste)

½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Salt and Pepper

1 ½ cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded

2 Italian Bread Loafs

4 Slides Colby Jack Cheese

4 Slices Parmesan Cheese (shave the Parmesan block with a peeler)

8 Salami Slices

8 Capocollo Slices

8 Turkey Bread Slices

4 Prosciutto Slices


  1. Mix the mayonnaise, red vinegar, dried oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Combine the dressing with the lettuce and reserve.
  3. Slice open the Italian bread and spray with a bit of cooking oil.
  4. Place the cheese slices on one side and broil for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Layer all the meat and the lettuce and close.
