Ingredients
1 package of Funfetti cake mix
1 cup white chocolate chunks or white chocolate chips
⅓ cup oil or melted butter
2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large bowl until cookie dough forms.
- Add the white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles and fold them into the dough.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop out 6 dough balls and add them to the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add some more rainbow sprinkles on top.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining cookie dough.
