Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies In Just 20 Minutes

These eggless chocolate chip cookies are such a delicious change-up from a regular chocolate chip cookie recipe. They're tender yet crispy and have such a delicious flavor. And this eggless cookies recipe takes under 20 minutes to make from start to finish!



6 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

1 tbsp. Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

3 tbsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup + 3 tbsp. All-purpose Flour

1/4 tsp. Baking Soda

1/4 tsp. Baking Powder

½ cup Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175°C).
  2. Add the butter, greek yogurt, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Cream with a hand or stand mixer for 5 minutes or until very very soft.
  3. Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder to a bowl and mix. Pour into bowl of creamed ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until a batter forms. Add the chocolate chips and combine.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop 1 tbsp. sized cookies at the time, they should have around 1 ½ inches of separation between them.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies reach your desired doness.
