It combines chicken and ham with buttery pasta, swiss cheese, a rich cream sauce, and crunchy breadcrumbs to make a casserole that's to die for. Plus, it's so, so easy to make. Ingredients

2 cups dry pasta of your choice (I used shells)

¼ cup butter

1 garlic clove, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp. flour

salt and pepper

1 ½ lbs. rotisserie chicken, shredded

3 cups cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup ham, diced

½ cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC) and grease a baking dish.
  3. Heat a skillet to medium-high and add butter and garlic, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the flour, heavy cream, salt, and pepper and cook for a couple of minutes or until it thickens.
  5. In a bowl, mix the sauce with rotisserie chicken, 2 cups of Swiss cheese, and ham.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with the rest of the shredded cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
