EASY Beef Fried Rice Made In Just 15 Minutes

A wok that is filled with steak, rice, and an array of veggies all mixed together.

This beef fried rice recipe is jam-packed with flavor. It combines pan-seared sirloin steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, veggies, eggs, and rice to make a dish that's to die for. Seriously, it's so, so good and so easy to make too! In fact, just a handful of simple ingredients and 15 minutes are all you need to make this delicious beef fried rice!

Ingredients

2 tbsp. dark soy sauce

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. oyster sauce (or fish sauce)

1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1/2 lb. (8 oz.) sirloin steak cut into ¼th inch strips

½ cup onion, diced

1 cup frozen peas and carrots

2 large eggs lightly beaten

3 cups cooked and cooled rice

Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine sauces and sesame oil in a bowl and set aside for later.
  2. Coat a wok with sesame oil and heat it to medium heat. Then, add the steak to it and cook it for a few minutes on both sides until it browns, and then set it aside.
  3. Add the onions, frozen peas, and carrots to the wok and cook until they brown. Transfer the veggies to the beef plate.
  4. Add a bit more oil to the skillet and cook the eggs. Set aside.
  5. Add the rice and sauces to the skillet, then add the reserved ingredients and mix to combine everything.
  6. Top with green onions.
