Air Fryer Potato Wedges That Are Better Than French Fries

Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside - can these air fryer potato wedges get any better? Well, they can because they're coated in parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings for a delicious flavor. And cooking potato wedges air fryer style takes less than 20 minutes!

3-5 Small Yukon Gold Potatoes

½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning

Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes in long pieces (in 4 pieces lengthwise).
  2. Toss the potato wedges in a bowl with olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190ºC) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through or until golden brown.
