Air Fryer Mushrooms Made In Only 15 Minutes

This air fryer mushroom recipe is the easiest yet the best way to reveal the rich flavor of mushrooms. The crispy mushrooms are coated in a garlic parmesan topping that is just so good. It's a super quick, versatile way to make mushrooms that taste delicious!

Ingredients

8 White Button Mushrooms, wiped clean and cut in half

½ tsp Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 lemon, juiced

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Add the mushrooms and olive oil to a bowl and mix.
  2. Add garlic powder, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix to coat the mushrooms. 
  3. Put mushrooms in the air fryer basket in an even layer, top with the parmesan cheese, and cook for 10 minutes at 355°F (180°C),  shaking the basket every few minutes, so they cook evenly. Serve immediately.
