Air Fryer Baked Potatoes In Under 30 Minutes

These air fryer baked potatoes are soft and tender on the inside, crispy outside, and loaded with delicious toppings. They take under 30 minutes from start to finish, and once you make these baked potatoes in the air fryer, you'll never want to use the oven again!

Ingredients

3-4 Russet Potatoes

Salt and Pepper

2 tbsp. Butter

2 tbsp. Sour Cream

¼ cup Crispy Bacon

Chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180ºC).
  2. Clean the potatoes and prick them with a fork on every side.
  3. Place them in the air fryer basket, spray with cooking spray, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook at 350°F (180ºC) for 25 minutes.
  5. Let them cool and cut them with a knife lengthwise. Open them up with a knife and leave as is break the inside, making a purée.
  6. Top with butter, sour cream, crispy bacon, chives, and pepper.
