Ingredients

2 tbsp. oil

2 cups pork ribs, cubed

1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tbsp. soy sauce

6 cups chicken broth

12 frozen wontons or gyozas

1/3 cup carrot, thinly sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 cup greens (baby bok choy, broccoli, celery)

salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot to medium-high heat and add the oil.
  2. Add the pork ribs, season with salt and pepper, and let them brown. 
  3. Add the chicken breast, garlic, soy sauce, and chicken stock. Let it boil for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
  5. Add the wontons, shredded chicken, and mushrooms to the soup - season with salt and pepper and serve. Cook until the wontons are tender. 
  6. Serve the soup with slices of pork, carrots, and greens on top.
