ZUCCHINI SQUASH CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tbsp butter – 2 ½ cups sliced squash – 1 onion – 2 eggs – ¾ cup cheddar cheese – ½ cup milk – ¼ tsp cayenne pepper – ½ sleeve Ritz

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook onion and squash in skillet with oil. 2. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Add squash, onions, and cheese. Transfer to dish.   3. Top with Ritz. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
