– 10 oz. frozen cauliflower
– 10 oz. frozen broccoli
– 8 oz. can bean sprouts
– 5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
– ½ cup mayonnaise
– 1 egg
– 4 oz. cheddar cheese
– 4 oz. mozzarella cheese
1. Beat mayo, egg, and soup.
2. Put broccoli, cauliflower, and beans in baking dish. Top with egg mix.
3. Layer with cheese in baking dish and bake 350 for 1 hour.
