TORCHY'S TACOS QUESO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 oz. canned green chilies – 16 oz. Velveeta cheese – 1 cup heavy cream – 8 oz. salsa – ¼ cup queso fresco cheese – ½ cup guacamole – Hot sauce – Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine green chili, Velveeta cheese, heavy cream and roasted salsa 2. Cook over medium heat. Stir. 3. Put guac in a bowl, pour cheese on top. Top with queso fresco and hot sauce.
