– 6 slices of bacon
– ½ onion
– 32oz. green beans
– ½ cup chicken broth
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1 tbsp. butter
– 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
– 1 tsp. sugar
– salt and pepper
1. Heat skillet over medium-high. Add bacon and cook till browned. Add onion and cook.
2. Add rest of ingredients, stir.
3. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes.
