SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

– 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes – ¼ cup milk – 1 large egg – ¼ cup sugar – ½ tsp vanilla extract – ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

– ½ cup brown sugar – ¼ cup flour – ½ cup chopped pecans – ¼ cup butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add sweet potatoes with milk, egg, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl. Whisk. Transfer to dish 2. Mix topping ingredients. Top casserole. 3. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
