SUSHI RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups (370g) sushi rice – Just over 2 ¼ cups (540ml) water – 2 tablespoon rice vinegar  – 2 tablespoon sugar – 1 teaspoon sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rinse the rice. Add to Instant Pot with water. Set to rice function. 2. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar in a bowl. Pour over hot rice.  3. Cool then serve warm.
