STRAWBERRY TANGHULU

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups granulated sugar – 1 cup water – 1 pound fruits (tangerines, apricots, strawberries, and kiwis)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash and dry fruit.  2. Add sugar and water to pot. Heat over medium. 3. Dip fruit on skewers in and turn.Dip in bowl of ice.
